Forklift Traction Battery Restoration
Our service center specialists restore the performance of traction batteries using professional equipment manufactured in Italy and South Korea.
About 80% of batteries that have lost capacity are sulfated — and can be restored. The regeneration process restores battery capacity and lets you reuse old sulfated cells, extending traction battery runtime by 1–3 hours, which is significantly more cost-effective than buying a new battery.
Capacity restoration (regeneration) is worthwhile when the traction battery has not yet reached its 1,500-cycle service life and the loss of performance is due to improper use or maintenance:
- the battery was not used for an extended period;
- the battery was subjected to deep discharge;
- faulty cells were not replaced in time;
- the battery was operated at excessively high or low temperatures;
- correct charging cycles were not followed;
- an incompatible charger was used.
